Simple Joys Glamping operates out of Dawsonville, GA and will travel within an hour's drive from that location.

Serviceable towns and surrounding locations include Dawsonville, Dahlonega, Cleveland, Helen, Gainesville, Cumming, Alpharetta, Canton, Ball Ground, Jasper, and Ellijay.

Additional locations and travel distances will be considered for longer rental periods.

Yep! The entire glamping setup is mobile and fits in the back of a SUV.

The tent can be placed anywhere you have legal permission to use, as long as there’s enough space according to our Backyard Glamping Clearance Guide.

Note that if renting a campsite (i.e. state park or HipCamp), that fee is not included in the daily glamping rental cost.

You must ensure the setup location is flat, free of sharp objects, pet waste, or overhanging branches.

There must be direct vehicle access within 100 feet of the setup location to ensure unobstructed transport of the tent and its accessories by handtruck.

The rental fee for the glamping tent and all included accessories is $200 per night, with a minumum stay of 2 nights.

A $200 deposit is required to reserve the dates. This amount will be applied to the first night's stay.

Full payment is due no later than 5 days before the rental start date.

A refundable security deposit of $200 is required at the time of payment and will be returned within 5 days after the rental period if no damage occurs.

Cancellations more than 5 days prior will receive a full refund. Within 5 days, the deposit is non-refundable.

Considerations will be made in cases of unforeseen inclement weather or emergencies.

Currently, we take cash, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, and PayPal as payment options.

To keep things simple and avoid costly processing fees, we are not accepting credit cards at this time. As a small business, we believe the money you spend should support the people doing the work—not big banks.

The weather forecast will be reviewed prior to confirming rental dates to ensure the best possible experience.

While every effort will be made to meet the expectations of your rental term, the glamping tent cannot be set up or broken down while it is raining, snowing, or very windy.

Very light rain or snow will not automatically result in cancellation, but may require an adjustment to the setup or breakdown times. (Refer to the Example Tent Rent Schedule)

Extreme or inclement weather (high winds, lightning, heavy storms) may require postponement or cancellation for safety.

The tent itself is waterproof and an additional rainfly is also included. Once set up, the interior of the tent will remain dry & cozy if it rains during the client's rental period.

If cancellation due to unsafe weather occurs before setup, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

Once setup begins, refunds will not be issued for weather-related issues.

Currently, there is no limit to how may days you can rent the glamping tent and its amenities, but keep in mind that the full rental fee for the duration of your rental period will be required up front.

Due to the effort and time it takes to set up and break down the tent, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

The rental period will begin at 1 PM on the first day (check-in) and end at 12 PM on the last day (check-out). Setup will begin at approximately 10 AM on the first day of rental and breakdown will begin after 12 PM on the last day of rental. (Refer to the Example Tent Rental Schedule)

Please note that the weather may impact these times, but every effort will be made to ensure you get the maximum length of time for your stay.

The full glamping setup requires approximately 3 hours under ideal conditions, with breakdown and removal taking a little less than 3 hours.

Our glamping tent is designed to be flexible and accommodate a variety of uses. For comfort and safety, we recommend a maximum of 6 guests at any one time.

The standard setup includes one queen-sized air mattress and one inflatable couch, but you’re welcome to bring your own sleeping arrangements—such as cots, sleeping bags, or additional air mattresses—provided they fit comfortably within the space.

Please note: the tent is intended for relaxation and light recreational use only. Large gatherings, rowdy parties, or any form of roughhousing are not permitted.

We aim to offer a welcoming and versatile space, and we appreciate your help in using it responsibly and respectfully.

We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not permitted inside the tent.

While they’re adorable companions, they can be unpredictable and may accidentally damage the inflatable furnishings with claws or teeth. We want to ensure the space stays clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone—thanks for understanding!

Toilets are not included in our standard mobile glamping setup. Since we specialize in mobile experiences, including bathroom facilities can be logistically challenging.

We recommend choosing a setup location that has easy access to restrooms facilities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Electricity is not included in our standard mobile glamping setup.

However, we provide two high-capacity battery banks to help power your essentials. One is perfect for charging small devices like phones or Bluetooth speakers. The second is larger, with standard AC outlets suitable for inflating air mattresses, charging laptops, or even powering a small TV.

Our tents also feature power entry ports near each entrance, allowing you to run an extension cord from a nearby outlet if one is available at your setup location.
